SHIPPING POLICY

RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

Custom Embroidery Items Shipping: Items will be shipped as soon as possible after payment is confirmed/received. Unless otherwise stated, items will be shipped via the US Post Office Priority Mail.


Turnaround times do not include shipping time. Currently the turnaround time is 2-3 weeks (holidays and weekends are not considered working days). NOTE: large orders will require more production and in-transit time. When you order, we will contact you if there should be any change/increase in delivery time.


All items will be shipped to the address entered in the PayPal payment forms. Please check your order to verify that the address is correct. Jack & Lil’s Workshop is not responsible for items lost when sent to an incorrect PayPal address.


We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.


Items will be shipped within the time frame stated when you place your order. If there are delays due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to items being out of stock at my supplier I will notify you as soon as possible.

Large orders or oversized packages or those requiring multiple boxes will incur additional shipping charges. We will notify you of any additional shipping charges and then send you an invoice for same via PayPal.


Jack & Lil’s Workshop cannot be responsible for package damage or delays in shipping once they leave our premises. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed by Jack & Lil’s Workshop since USPS does not guarantee delivery except with Priority Mail.


The customer accepts responsibility that the order may not be delivered within the estimated time frame.


All shipped orders will be sent with a tracking number or delivery confirmation. Insurance is available at an additional fee.

Personalized Items Order Cancellation, Returns, Refunds or Exchanges: I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, please contact me immediately so I can help resolve any issues.

Special orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Customized orders not cancelled within this time frame are considered final and are not returnable or refundable. The only exception is if the item received differs from the design you approved via received by Jack & Lil's Workshop before work begins. E-mail notification must be received within 5 days of receipt of order. If a mistake has been made by Jack & Lil’s Workshop in the order you approved, please contact us with a photo of the item. We cannot issue a credit or refund without proof of the mistake.

We will make arrangements for return of the item and prompt replacement. If a return item is shipped without delivery confirmation and is lost, no exchange/store credit will be issued.

Returns Of Non-Personalized Items: We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. All non-personalized items come with the Jack & Lil's Workshop 100% money back guarantee on purchases returned to Jack & Lil's Workshop in new, unused condition within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be arranged in advance by contacting Jack & Lil's Workshop in writing – e-mail me and I'll reply within 24 hours. Items must be returned with your receipt and in the original packaging. A full refund will be issued upon receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.

If you desire, we will be happy to exchange your item for one of equal value. Goods can only be accepted for exhange if they are sent within 14 days of delivery unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping costs of any non-flawed item to Jack & Lil's Workshop. To request a return, please use our contact page and in the message box, please tell us what you would like to return and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
